Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Seedless Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliated operating entity Seedless Labs Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (collectively, "Seedless," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information in connection with the Seedless wallet application, the website at seedlesslabs.xyz, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Who we are

Seedless builds a non-custodial passkey wallet for the Solana network. We do not hold, control, or have access to your funds, your private keys, or your passkey credentials. Your passkey is generated and stored on your device using your operating system's secure enclave or an equivalent hardware-backed keystore.

2. Information we do not collect

We have designed the Service to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not collect or store:

• Seed phrases, mnemonics, or private keys (none are ever generated)
• Passkey credentials or the biometric data used to authorize them
• Names, government IDs, or physical addresses (unless you voluntarily submit them, for example to join our beta waitlist)
• Advertising identifiers or device identifiers

The Seedless app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not track how you use the app.

3. Information the app processes

To function as a wallet, the app transmits limited data off your device:

• Wallet address and transaction data. When you view balances, send, receive, swap, or sign, the app sends your public wallet address and transaction details to third-party Solana infrastructure (RPC providers, decentralized exchange aggregators, and gasless transaction relayers) in real time to carry out the action you requested. This is inherent to using a public blockchain. We keep no copies of this data on our own servers.
• Beta waitlist submissions. If you join the private mainnet beta through our website form, we collect the contact details you provide (such as email, X handle, or wallet address) so we can send you access instructions and updates.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure to function. Your use of the Service may involve:

• Solana RPC providers (for example Helius, Alchemy, or public mainnet endpoints)
• Passkey infrastructure provided by LazorKit
• Optional privacy infrastructure provided by Umbra
• Gasless transaction relayers (for example Kora)
• Website hosting provided by Vercel

Each of these third parties operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data they receive directly from your device or browser.

5. How we use information

Any information we do receive is used solely to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service
• Communicate with users who have voluntarily contacted us or joined the beta waitlist
• Diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Blockchain data

Transactions on Solana are public, permanent, and outside our control. Once a transaction is broadcast, the associated public address and transaction details are visible to anyone with access to the network. We cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain data.

7. Deleting your data

All Seedless app data is stored on your device and is fully under your control. You can delete it at any time by removing your wallet in the app's settings, or by uninstalling the app. Because we operate no server that stores your personal or wallet data, there is nothing on our side to delete. 8. Age

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over, and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Security

Because Seedless is non-custodial, the security of your funds depends primarily on the security of the device on which you generated your passkey. We strongly recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date and protecting it with a screen lock, biometric lock, or equivalent.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated through the Service or our social channels.
