Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Seedless Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its affiliated operating entity Seedless Labs Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (together, "Seedless", "we", "us" or "our"), handles information when you use the Seedless app, the website at seedlesslabs.xyz, and related services (together, the "Service").

1. Who we are

Seedless is a money app for people who get paid in dollars, running on the Solana network. It is non-custodial: we never hold, control or have access to your funds, your keys or your passkey. Your passkey is created by your phone and stored in your Apple or Google account's password manager.

2. What we never collect

• Seed phrases or private keys for your account. None exist.
• Your passkey, or the face or fingerprint data used to unlock it.
• Your BVN or NIN. If you verify your identity for bank payouts, it goes to our payments partner and is never stored by us.
• Advertising or device identifiers.

The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools. We do not track how you use it.

3. What the app sends to blockchain infrastructure

To show balances and carry out what you ask (send, receive, swap, hold stocks, earn), the app sends your public account address and transaction details to third-party Solana infrastructure in real time: RPC providers, swap routing, network-fee sponsorship and privacy infrastructure. This is how a public blockchain works. We do not keep copies of this on our servers.

4. What we store when you use bank payouts

Bank payouts run through our payouts service, which stores only what is needed to make them work:

• your Seedless account's public address;
• the email address or phone number you link to our payments partner, and the session the partner issues for it;
• whether your identity verification with the partner is complete (a yes or no, not the ID itself);
• for each payout: the bank, account number, account name, amounts, fee, status and transaction reference.

Our licensed payments partner receives what it needs to carry out the payout and verify your identity, and handles it under its own privacy policy.

5. What we store for private sends

To cover network fees for private sends and links, the app asks our service to fund a one-time address. We keep only daily counts of these requests, one for each installation and one for each network the request came from, to prevent abuse. The network is stored as a scrambled code that changes every day, never as your IP address. We do not store which address was funded, who it was for, or how much was sent.

6. The retired waitlist

Our website previously collected contact details, such as an email address, X handle or account address, through a waitlist form run by a third-party form provider. That form has been retired. Details submitted while it was open are used only to send updates, and can be deleted on request.

7. Third parties

• Our licensed payments partner, for bank payouts and identity verification
• Solana RPC providers, such as Alchemy and Helius
• LazorKit, for passkey accounts, and Kora, for network-fee sponsorship
• Umbra, for private sends
• Jupiter, for swaps and earn
• Cloudflare, which hosts our payouts service, and Vercel, which hosts this website

Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not control what they receive directly from your device or browser.

8. How we use information

Only to run and improve the Service, carry out the payouts you request, prevent fraud and abuse, respond when you contact us, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

9. Blockchain data

Transactions on Solana are public and permanent. Once a transaction is sent, its address and details are visible to anyone. We cannot delete or change on-chain data.

10. Keeping and deleting your data

Data in the app lives on your phone and you can remove it yourself. We keep payout records for as long as we need them to operate payouts and to meet record-keeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete the payout data we hold; we will delete what the law does not require us to keep. See the Data Deletion page for how.

11. Age

The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

12. Security

Because Seedless is non-custodial, the safety of your money depends on your phone and on the Apple or Google account that holds your passkey. Keep both locked and up to date. For how we handle security reports, see our Security page.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date above, and we announce material changes in the app or on our channels.
